How long does my item take to ship?
Most of our items ship typically within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email once your items have been shipped. As we ship internationally, shipping times may vary from country to country but typically take around 2-3 weeks. Average shipping times are as follows:
1. U.S. - 12-20 days
2. Canada - 16-26 days
3. Europe - 15-40 days
4. Australia - 10-20 days
5. South America - 19-32 days
6. Israel - 19-32 days
Please note that due to unexpected delays, sometimes shipping times can be longer. Please allow one month for the items to arrive to most countries. For international orders shipments can take up to 6 weeks depending on customs and duty regulations in your country. You can track your item's shipping status here. Are there additional fees for international orders?
Tax laws differ from country to country and sometimes your order may be subject to local tax or import duty. Additional fees such as customs charges may also apply. This is the responsibility of the customer and is out of our control. Under no circumstances will The Gear Gorilla refund or pay for these fees and it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm what charges there may be prior to placing any order with The Gear Gorilla.
Do you supply tracking numbers?
Yes, every order will have it's own unique tracking code to ensure the highest possibility that it arrives at your door.
Do you accept returns?
For return instructions, customers must notify us within 7 days from the day the product has been received. Please wait for our Return Instructions. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Customers must notify us within 7 days from the day the product has been received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and wait for our Instructions.
Where do I send my returned item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we ask that you please contact us first so we can handle it in the best and the fastest way. To return your product, please wait for our Return Instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. As items usually ship within a week or two, delays that are not up to us may occur. Please allow up to 4 weeks for items to deliver. If you have any questions regarding the shipping status of your items, do not hesitate to write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are shipping an item over 75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Where is my refund (if applicable)?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
